Comments of our managing director
Mr. Paolo Tacconi, Managing Director of Trime, who accepted the prize, declares - I am very satisfied with this award which highlights an important teamwork carried out with effective strategies towards clear and shared objectives. This award is an important recognition for the whole Trime family, we are absolutely sure that this is a good starting point for our future that we must create for ourselves and for the society in which we live.
The methodology for selecting the best Italian Managed Companies, developed by Deloitte at an international level thanks to the study of “best practices” and success stories based on twenty years of international experience leading the award, has been adapted and revised to the Italian reality with the methodological support of ALTIS Catholic University, to make it better applicable to the national socio-economic fabric.
The company selection project, started in November 2017, envisaged a first assessment phase during which the participants were supported by Deloitte professionals in the analysis of some critical success factors, such as company strategy, skills, commitment and financial performance.
At the end of this phase, a jury composed by Francesca Brunori, Head of the Credit and Finance Area of Confindustria, by Lorenzo Ornaghi, former Rector of the Catholic University in Milan, as well as by Marco Vitale, economist and founding partner of VitaleZane & Co, selected the 31 winners, analysing the profile of each participant and setting the judgment on size, ownership structure and sector of belonging.
The Best Managed Companies award is part of Deloitte's broad experience in the SME area.
